a beautiful backyard with a small ocean view and greenhouse to relax in. One room is a cozy man cave with a fireplace and a large TV. It has a queen bed as well as room for someone to sleep on the couch. The second room is very spacious with lots of natural light! It has a twin bed with an air mattress if needed. The location is close to bus stops and all amenities and is located in one of the safest neighbourhoods in Canada. If you drive 4 minutes you can get the the Royal Bay Beach park and Metchosin. In walking distance is a lake as well as a great dog park and all amenities you could need. Langford and Colwood are very progressive towns with many yoga/rec centres, bowling, restaurants, rock climbing, and many activities! The bathroom is upstairs down a hallway but it isn't shared with anyone. The hallway leading to the bathroom is sectioned off from the main area of the house, so you won't see us if you are wanting privacy. The suite is located under a garage and very private.
