Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 per stay . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Access to one free underground car park. Please note, as parking is underground, height limitations apply.
Guest are also welcome to enjoy the shared picnic, BBQ, and children's play areas.
To access the apartment there is a shared entrance as well as a shared laundry with the neighbouring apartment.
The hot tub is shared with other guests in the complex. To book, please contact the Swissbel Reception.
The property is self check-in. We will message you with access and parking instructions as well as the lockbox code. Please can you also leave the key in the lockbox when you depart.
The apartment is located in an apartment complex that is jointly managed by a different company. Please use our Hello Queenstown Office, located at 19 Shotover Street for all your enquiries. Please do not use the Swissbel Suites Pounamu Reception.
