The renovated main flat of our "Casa Roca Grossa Blanca" consists of a spacious 24 m² living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with large shower (115 x 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine) and balcony. A breakfast terrace with morning sun is in front of the entrance, balcony with sea view on the other side. Children's swing and sandpit in the garden.

The suite with private entrance, is about 28 m², with double bed, kitchenette, fridge and shower room. You rent the whole property, the studio is not rented separately.

Private pool 28 m², 3.5 x 8 m infinity, salt water, with underwater bench, with large pool terrace (over 80 m²). The water is treated without the use of chemical tablets. A modern electrolysis system is used. The water is therefore slightly salty and very kind to the skin and eyes.
Pool heating on request (for an extra charge, depending on the season, approx. 40-180€/week depending on consumption and electricity price), so that from April to October there are pleasant temperatures (up to 30º) in the pool (a deposit must be paid on site).

The pool terrace is equipped with 6 sunbeds and has a great panoramic view over Lloret to the sea.

Registered as a holiday home with the relevant state authority under the number HUTG-003899.

The rental contract is concluded between us and you. Fewo-Direkt/Homeaway only acts as an agent and may provide additional services for their 10% commission.

Car is recommended, but you can also walk to the beach and into town.

Pets can stay free of charge by arrangement. Pet care or dogwalker available for a fee. (And of course you will have to clean up after your pets, the few who don't will be charged an extra fee of 50.- €) The property has to be left broom-clean.

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Roca Grossa. Everything was arranged very well, clear communication before the trip and a clean and well equipped house when we arrived. Lovely views from the pool area towards Lloret. We will definitely come back again!

parfait !

la maison est top, pour les enfants, pour les ados ( grâce au studio indépendant). la piscine a une vue magnifique et on se gare facilement dans la rue. pour la mer, il faut la voiture, mais on trouve à se garer sur les parkings des plages privées et ce n'est pas loin. ( un quart d'heure pour les courses, il y a un supermarché " caprabo" au bas de la rue prévoir de l'argent pour payer le ménage, les frais de séjour espagnols et la caution. je n'avais pas compris et j'ai dû ressortir pour tirer de l'argent ( en gros 500 euros pour 4 personnes )

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und 1 Hund haben im Juni 2018 13 tolle Tage in dem schönen Ferienhaus Casa Roca Grossa verbracht. Das Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten, Terrasse und einer fantastischen Poolanlage ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt, was perfekt für unsere Hündin war. Sie konnte sich frei bewegen, hatte genug Platz zum Toben und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Unser Mädchen hat sich, genauso wie wir, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Casa Roca liegt etwas oberhalb von Lloret in ruhiger Lage. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Das Zentrum sowie den Strand kann man zu Fuß in ca 15 - 20 Minurten erreichen. Für einen Großeinkauf zB zu ALDI / LIDL ist ein Auto erforderlich (ca 2,5 km). Das sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieterpaar, das selbst Hunde hat, ist sehr um Ihre Gäste, auch ihre Vierbeinigen, bemüht. So hatte unsere Hündin schnell neue Freunde gefunden und daher viel Spaß. Sie wird gerne wiederkommen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und haben schon gleich gebucht und unsere Kaution als Anzahlung dagelassen. Alles unkompliziert.

schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, mit wirklich toller Poolanlage (sehr schöne Poolbeleuchtung nachts) und fantastischem Ausblick auf Lloret und das Meer.. Es war alles sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet. Toll sind auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, entweder auf dem Balkon mit spektakulärem Ausblick, oder auf der geschützteren Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit dem Grill oder auf der riesigen Poolterrasse. Alles ist sehr schön angelegt, mit schönen Pflanzungen und sehenswertem Garten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und hat tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal Gäste.

Ein Traum!

Wir waren bereits des öfteren im Apartment Casa Molinero bei Fam. Müller. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns das Wunderschöne Ferienhaus Casa Roca Grossa, in der Nebensasion gegönnt. Und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerechtet, und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Unser kleiner Sohn (3 Jahre alt) hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt. Besonders begeistert war er vom Sandkasten und Schaukel im Garten. Unser Hund war auch mit von der Parti. Auch er schien sehr begeistert. Absolutes Highlight war natürlich der Pool mit der großen Terrasse. Trotz Nebensasion gab es einige sehr warme Tage. An denen wir die außen Anlage gut nutzen konnten. Die Vermieter sind super, super lieb, haben immer ein offenes Ohr, und geben gerne sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles in einem war es wieder mal ein Wunderschöner Urlaub. Den Wir auf jeden Fall wieder holen werden. P.S: Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel :-)

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Tolles Haus, schöne ruhige Lage. Wir haben täglich den Meerblick genossen und waren sehr erfreut über die tolle Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Wir haben nichts vermisst - alles was wir brauchten haben wir auch gefunden. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und durch die liebevolle und gut durchdachte Einrichtung fühlte man sich sehr wohl und fast wie zu Hause. Auch unserem Hund gefiel es sehr sehr gut und da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand. Aber auch zu Fuß spazierten wir täglich ans Meer. Auch die Abwicklung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch wieder :)

Super schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, auf diesen wir uns seit über einem Jahr gefreut haben. Leider sind 14 Tage viel zu schnell vorüber ! Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool einfach nur traumhaft schön und der Ausblick auf das Meer war top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hatte man dennoch einen Wunsch oder etwas wurde benötigt, ein einfacher Anruf genügte und es wurde sich darum gekümmert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sind sehr um Ihre Gäste bemüht. Sie haben uns nicht nur bei der Auswahl der Restaurants, Strände und Parkmöglichkeiten geholfen sondern auch bei Schwierigkeiten wie mit den Parkautomaten ( waren zum ersten Mal in Spanien mit dem PKW ! ). Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus.

Wir kommen schon seit mehreren Jahren in das Haus. Und wir müssen sagen, es wird von Jahr zu Jahr immer wieder übertroffen. Unsere Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre) finden den Sandkasten und die Schaukeln super. Der neue Pool ist mega toll und die Aussicht, beim Schwimmen und faulenzen, auf Lloret und das Meer ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist immer sehr freundlich und Sie haben stets ein offenes Ohr und können einem auch mal ein paar schöne Restaurants oder Plätze empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. TOP!!!

1st choice

Very good location, exclusive residential area. With this pool and terraces, the children swing and the sandbox our children (3 and 7) didn't want to go to the beach. We will be back soon!

Nice house with fantastic outdoor area

The house is located in the hills above Lloret de Mar. The outdoor area with the infinity pool is wonderful and the view over Lloret is spectacular. The landlord is really service-friendly and quick to repond on any questions or issues. Our small family including a baby enjoyed a full week in the house. The house is small, but have everything you need. The price vs location/facilities was a good deal. This is a place where you can enjoy outdoor recreation at the infinity pool during the day and with a bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening just enjoying the view. Lloret de Mar is a good location for trips to Tossa del Mar, Girona and other small places in the surrounding areas. Recommended!

Toller Urlaub!!!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft voll und ganz zu. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool. Da wir die ersten waren, die den Pool genutzt haben, gab es ein paar kleine "Problemchen", die aber immer sofort behoben wurden! Wir konnten den Pool jederzeit nutzten und haben es genossen! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es kurzfristig besorgt. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr gut betreut und können dieses schöne Haus nur weiter empfehlen! Viel Spaß bei Ihrem Urlaub!!!

Traumhaft.....
