Spacious and beautiful two storey home with great amenities for the whole family. This stylish place is close to WEM, and equally close to Downtown Edmonton. It is suitable for local residents to have a stay-cations. Also excellent for business travelers, professionals, private events, guests for weddings, and celebrations with family for any holidays togethers. Its walking distance from Jasper gates square mall and parks.
The space
The home is very spacious and well appointed. Main floor has dedicated office space, great chefs kitchen, pantry, half bathroom/powder room, huge dining and Living-room space. Upper floor has 3 good sized bedroom. Masters has king size bed with 5 piece ensuite bathroom and other 2 bedrooms have queen size bed with common bathroom.
On the landing is a bonus room with games table and a den futon sleep area.
Guest access
We have a 2 car garage out back can be additionally booked for guest parking, free safe front street parking, great backyard with deck. The downstairs is occupied privately with a separate tenant suite and locked 🔒 off limits to upper floor house guests. These guests enter and exit their suite through back yard and side home separate entrance

Making sure to look at our house rules for check in and check out processes. Please don’t hesitate to contact your hosts anytime about anything in regards to your stay and comfort.
Please watch parking in front of home as to not block our neighborhoods driveways.
