Villa Dolly is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom electric-heated pool home located on a freshwater canal in a quiet neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. This house is perfect for family gatherings or a group of friends on vacation. Villa Dolly is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores.

KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has a foosball table.

Living Room: Upon walking into Villa Dolly, you are greeted with a small sitting area and coffee bar. The living room is situated at the back of the house next to the kitchen, and offers plenty of seating on the sectional sofa, along with a large flat-screen TV. You can view the pool area from the sliders nearby. There is also a game room off the front entry that has a foosball table and bar area to entertain!

Kitchen/Dining Room: The formal dining area is located to the left of the entryway and has seating for up to 6 guests. There is also a small breakfast nook area off the kitchen with additional seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances as well as room for three at the counter.

Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: Villa Dolly's master bedroom suite is located on the right side of the home and features a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The private sliders overlook the pool area. The attached master bathroom has an oversized tub, spacious shower and plenty of room at the vanity.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house. One offers a queen-sized bed and the other is an underwater oasis with two twin-beds. They both share the guest bathroom, which offers a shower and double sink vanity.

Pool/Lanai: No doubt, the pool area is where you'll be spending most of your time! The pool has a brand-new electric heater and there is plenty of seating both in and out of the sun, so there's a place for everyone, no matter what they're doing!

Great Location and Pool Area

The property could use some updates such as the air-conditioning wouldn't cool much in the front two bedrooms and only a little better in the family room. The microwave works but only with limited options as a few buttons would not work, the fridge leaks occasionally on the floor and a few vertical blinds are broken. Also, the front two bedrooms have no blinds on the arched windows and that made it extremely difficult sleep once the sun came up. The water pressure was inconsistent at best with very little water pressure at times. Overall this was a good rental and vacation location and would possibly stay there again.

Enjoyed the excellent pool area, grill and canal view. Neighborhood appeared safe, and convenient access for groceries etcWe had a couple of minor issues, property management responded quickly.Curb appeal just ok, interior furniture ok Likely have microphones on propertyOverall we enjoyed this clean, spacious home, could use some updates/upgrades, it was a good value though!

Enjoyable trip

We enjoyed out stay at Villa Dolly. The property manager was responsive to any needs or information we needed. The pool is lovely, lots of space.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was comfortable and very welcoming. While we were busy enjoying the area each day and not at the home, we did enjoy the pool in the morning and the comfort of relaxation in the evening. The bed was very comfortable (Master) and we slept well. We did not eat meals here but the kitchen was well stocked with the supplies, if needed to make meals. Just some notes on things we observed that might need some attention: the light fixture in the hallway was found hanging by a wire when we arrived; the water pressure seemed low and inconsistent throughout the house; there was no cable services which would have been appreciated for evening viewing. On another note, the pool was a highlight of our time here, especially for Lynne. She enjoyed swimming laps each morning. The temperature was perfect. With early morning temps in the mid-fifties, it was set perfectly for lap swimming. The water was fresh and clean. Perfect. We would highly recommend this property for others to enjoy.

Pool Time

Very nice house with heated pool. Quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Beaches are a drive and the water pressure was low while pool was serviced. Probably should have the service done after short term clients leave.
