Escape to our stylish oasis in the heart of Christchurch! Our spacious 2-bed 1-bath, 2-storey townhouse offers a peaceful retreat while still being a short drive the city - off Bealey Ave. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, you'll appreciate the convenience of your own designated carpark with EV charger. Our property is equipped with all the comforts of home - including full kitchen and laundry facilities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. High speed Internet and 50 inch TV.
As soon as you enter our townhouse, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart 50 inch TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
Flowing from the living room enjoy the sunny courtyard in the summer months with large outdoor furniture with northwest facing aspects.
With a large dining table, you can enjoy meals with family and friends - including your fur babies - as this property is pet friendly you are welcome to travel with your companions.
Heading up to the first floor you will find both bedrooms - both bedrooms with Queen beds with bathroom between. Enjoy a tiled shower and bidet toilet. A trundler bed is located in the property to accommodate a 5th guest.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.
Please note this is a 2-storey townhouse and upper floor is accessible by stairs only.
Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. An electronic entry lock makes it easy access into the property. With an allocated carpark right in front of the property there is no worry of parking. The property comes with a type 2 EV charging station. Please note a cable is not provided so you will need to bring your own.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, Its not too far from the road and some intersections and has usual city noises.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
