Welcome to Parklands Perfection, a spacious and welcoming townhouse in Brighton East, thoughtfully designed with families in mind. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom property offers ample room for everyone, plus two cosy living areas ideal for gathering together or enjoying quiet time. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the modern setup, including a TV with Google Chromecast. The property’s zone-controlled ducted heating and cooling ensures everyone stays comfortable year-round, regardless of the season.

Bedroom 1: (Upstairs Master) with King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: (downstairs) with Queen bed (with duel entry bathroom/ensuite)

Bedroom 4: with Queen bed
Main Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet (upstairs)
Practical family-friendly amenities include a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays a breeze, while a double garage provides secure parking for your vehicles. Families with well-behaved pet are welcome.
Located just a short walk from cafes and restaurants, this home is perfectly positioned, so finding something for even the pickiest eaters is easy. Plus, with several nearby parks, children can enjoy outdoor play while adults take in the local surroundings, making Elements of Brighton a perfect family-friendly escape.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
