Only a 2 to 10 minute walk to Trigg or Scarborough foreshore beach, enjoy your bike or rent a scooter with bike paths along the beach. Just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only a few minutes’ walk from the house. This house is most suitable for a family, with 5 bed sleeping options, if you are bringing group of young children. Bedding which includes a king( master bedroom, has aircon), bunks (double and single + plus another double mattress if requested, has aircon) (2nd bedroom), King Single bed (3rd bedroom, has oscillating fan), Queen Bed (4th bedroom, has aircon). Travel cot and high-chair also available upon request subject to availability. Plenty of extra verge parking availability makes this place great to multiple couples.
