Schöne ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Bett fanden wir bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Nachbarn hörten wir keine. In direkten Nähe befanden sich Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte, Cafes und Essgelegenheiten. Einzig der defekte Fahrstuhl machte uns beim Aufstieg ein wenig zu schaffen. Wir würden dennoch die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderbar

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Wohnung sauber und ausreichend für 4 Personen, die nächste U-Bahn ca. 1 Kilometer fußläufig erreichbar, lebhafte Umgebung, alle Geschäfte, Cafes, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es una propiedad bastante cómoda y con transporte cerca el cual puedes usar para llegar al centro ya que esta algo alejada del mismo pero al que se puede llegar sin problemas. Muy recomendable

Lage der Wohnung sehr gut aber die Ausstattung Verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage der Wohnung in Moabit ist sehr zentral. Mit Bus S-oder U-Bahn hat man in kürzester Zeit alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung Verbesserungswürdig. Die Anzahl des Bestecks ist einfach zu wenig. Es gab weiterhin nur Wassergläser. Wenn man mal ein Glas Wein oder Sekt trinken möchte sind keine passenden Gläser vorhanden gewesen. Außerdem sind zwei von vier Kaffeebechern beschädigt gewesen. Auch bei einem Essteller war am Rand ein Teil abgebrochen. Vielleicht wären auch ein paar Behälter zum verschließen sinnvoll, so dass man nach dem Kochen zubereitete Speisen die übrig sind aufbewahren kann. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings könnte die Duschtür am unteren Rand intensiver gereinigt sein. Weiterhin wäre es schön gewesen noch einen Satz Handtücher mehr zur Verfügung zu haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir konnte die Wohnung ohne Probleme vor der vereinbarten Zeit beziehen.

Klein, gemütlich und mittendrin

Alles glatt und wie vereinbart gelaufen; Wohnung liegt mitten drin im Kiez von Moabit und ist ausreichend eingerichtet - mehr ist für eine halbe oder ganze Woche Berlin nicht notwendig; gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten

Schöne Wohnung für Städtereise

Wohnung war optimal gelegen, Buslinie um die Ecke. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genauso wie Frühstücksmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Vermieter sehr nett. Für unseren Geschmack hätte es ein weniger sauberer sein können, Töpfe waren nicht abgespült und Schränke staubig. Leider hat es auch arg nach Rauch gerochen, Vermieter hat sich aber für den Vormieter entschuldigt. Für ein paar Tage Berlinleben sehr zu empfehlen.

God beliggenhed og roligt område

Super god lille lejlighed. Kun 100 m til buslinjer med forb. til U- og S-bahn. 10 min til Hauptbahnhof og 15 min til Alexander Platz. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Zm Wohlfühlen

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Studio. Ich werde es wieder mieten wenn ich nach Berlin komme. Der Buss fährt vor der Tür ab und nach wenigen Stationen ist man im Zentrum. Alle Artikel des täglichen Leben gibt es um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Bett , schönes Sofa, Küche und Bad sind prima, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
