Please Note: The property has a strict no party policy. No Hens / Bucks / Schoolies / Large Gatherings etc. This will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your holiday stay with no refund and no bond returned.

Security Bond: A $500 bond may be required depending on booking method.
Check-In/Out: Check-in from 2 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Cleaning Fees: Extra fees apply if the property isn’t left in a similar condition as on arrival. A $50 BBQ cleaning fee applies if the BBQ isn’t cleaned after use.
