3 Bedroom Oceanview Condo

Just steps from the beach, our Ocean View condo is a place your worry can drift out with the tides. Recent renovations, charming beach decor, and the sound of the waves makes our condo uniquely beautiful. We have a breath-taking ocean view from our balcony with Adirondack high-top chairs.
There are 3 full beds and 1 king. The unit is perfect for families of 6. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
PLEASE REFER TO HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING.
**Special rates for snowbirds!**

Our condo's proximity to the Garden City Pier, restaurants, bars, fishing hotspots, golf courses, makes our condo perfect for families, bachelor/bachelorette trips, and adults travelers alike.

KEY NOTES:
- Our condo is on the third floor in a three-floor building. We have a corner unit.
- We provide two parking passes for our building (under the building). In the summer it can be busy, and often cars must park behind other cars. The system works well as long as everyone keeps their pass visible in their car!
- NO ELEVATOR - please make sure you are comfortable with climbing stairs prior to booking our condo for your vacation.
- NO SWIMMING POOL - BUT, a wonderful and beautiful beach is a few foot steps away from the unit.
- CLEANING FEE - in addition to standard clean, includes fresh towels & linens, made beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels.

You must be 25 years or older to rent.
Large groups of adults are limited to 6.
Families with children can amount to 8 guests.
*NO PETS ALLOWED*

LONG-TERM MONTHLY renters ARE CONSIDERED over the winter months (We consider one furry friend during these rentals with an EXTRA security deposit, and you are required to pay for carpet cleaning post-stay - this is $250).

ALL RENTERS MUST GET APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST.
We will not accept your request without a SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT and PRE-APPROVAL from owner.

Great vacation condo!

Great place to stay while visiting to the beach. Host was wonderful and helped if/when needed. So close to the beach not far from local restaurants and family outings. Condo was clean and accommodating for our families. Would recommend if you’re in the area to check this place out!

The location of this property is perfect! Easy access to every restaurant and shop you could want, wonderful beach, short walk, quiet neighbors, etc, etc, etc. Hannah was a great host and very communicative. One thing to know, only beach umbrellas are allowed.

Beautiful beach home in a perfect location

This was our yearly girl’s shopping trip with my daughters and daughter in law. This beach home was in the perfect location! We felt safe- had the convenience of the beach- pier and restaurants right down the road. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed! Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing Condo

We loved this condo! Getting in touch with the owner Hannah was super easy too! We stayed there during hurricane Ian and she Venmo’d us money to go grab something to because we missed out on a whole day of fun. Thank you so much! Definitely would stay again!

AMAZING Location, Owners and overall Vacation!

We will be coming back! This is our new Myrtle Beach Spot! Everything about this place was perfect for us. Location right on the beach with a beautiful view. Condo was super cozy with all the needed amenities and perfect for our family of 4. Owners were super attentive to anything we needed and very welcoming. Check-in was super easy and accommodations were made for a late checkout when I asked. I always felt someone was just a quick txt away if I needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation at Hannah and Pat’s place. It made our time on the ball field and beach so much more relaxing to know that we could come home to a relaxing, cozy and beautiful location/place. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us. Nice Condo in Garden City

We enjoyed our stay at Duneside. It was a little small for our family of 6 but we made it work! The property was very clean and very welcoming. Hannah always answered my messages right away. The only complaint I have is there were not enough towels for showers. Thanks for letting us stay Hannah and Pat!

Great family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean and comfortable. Nice location. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Great location; steps from the beach. The beach is very sandy with very little rocks and shells. Surf is strong and the lifeguards are very attentive. Totally recommend Garden City Coffee Grounds for a great coffee and Causeway Bar & Grill for a good food and beverage (try the Astro Pop). Both within walking distance (just under a mile from the condo).
