Feet) on PCH with ocean views from every room! 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms & 1 queen sofa bed in 3rd bedroom/den/office, , high speed internet, 3 mounted TV’s. (Sleeps 5) Corner unit, 2nd story, which makes views even more spectacular! Elevator available. 5 minute walk to the pier & main street, with restauants, bars & shopping. Large closets with mirrorred closet doors. Full luxury kitchen, 2 ocean front balconies for watching ocean sunsets. Complex has a large jaccuzzi with lounge chairs. Washer/dryer included with Plenty of towels available in laundry room shelves. Beach chairs, & beach Cooler provided; 3RD bedroom is a den with a built in office and queen sleeper sofa. Covid 19 cleaning procedures are used after every stay. There are also several days between each guest check in. This week is used for cleaning, and airing out the condo before a new guest checks in.

My husband and I enjoyed our winter stay in Huntington Beach. The condo is ideally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We spent time walking on the beach and watching evening sunsets from the patio.The condo facility was quiet, has an underground garage which is nice because street parking can be busy. The grounds and common areas are well maintained. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The MBR bath is huge with lots of cabinet space, jacuzzi tub, built in vanity and a makeup mirror that I appreciated.Felicity is a welcoming host, attentive and responsive to our questions and minor issues that arose. We look forward to coming back to this California beach town.Pat W.
This location has to be one of the best in Huntington Beach. Excellent ocean views from every room. Secure building, secure garage parking and right on PCH.

Great views of the ocean from the balcony and every room in the condo! Very modern, comfortable and spacious condo. Stayed for a month but wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The best thing about this property is a great ocean view! The worst thing is the owner. Overbearing mother-in-law seems an apt description. The host was excessive in her emails about her new "roman shades", but I get it; they're expensive and she wants us to treat them well.
Overall, there were two major issues; the first issue is the unit is stuffy with no operational air-conditioning. The unit is not advertised with air conditioning, but I know for a fact that each unit in the complex originally had air. The owner claims the air does not work. However, upon arrival I saw the thermostat is locked in a plexiglass box. I don't think you lock it because renters turn on the heat in the summer! The 2n'd issue; representative of the host, there's a very nice BBQ on the patio and when I turned it on there was no propane tank. When I mentioned it to the host, she said I needed to supply my own tank.
Without air you need to keep the doors and windows open most of the time. Unfortunately, because the unit is on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) it is very noisy (Harley's, Emg. Veh). Suspecting there might be air (locked thermostat) I told the owner I would be happy to pay the difference in the bill. She indicated I should buy a portable air unit, which I did. When her daughter came by, she noticed the portable air unit and reported to Mom, who went nuts. The owner billed me an extra $13.74. So, I cancelled 3 additional mos. I had reserved ($18,000. refund) and rented somewhere else.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo~ The owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating and nice~ The condo is very roomy and has comfortable beds and furniture , great TV's, ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer! The beautiful sunsets and fresh sea breeze are the best~ We enjoyed wine and cheese on the porch regularly . Walked downtown and to pier every day more than once. Highly recommend.

Great Property. Unfriendly Owner.
I helped my Mother book this unit. She retired from teaching and wanted to take a month on the beach to relax. Every interaction we had with the owner felt negative. Like she was annoyed that we were even there. Starting with the first day my Mother arrived. The code to get into the complex was not working. She contacted the owner who basically said the code should work and offered no other assistance. Eventually a resident helped her and told her the code changed that morning. I wouldn’t expect the owner to know the code changed, but maybe to investigate or look into it instead of leaving my mom on the curb with her bags to figure it out. A few days later we ran a load of dishes and water backed up in the sink. My Mother contacted the owner on a Sunday afternoon. She didn’t respond back until Monday and again seemed bothered and only wanted to know what we had put down the sink. We tried to assure her we hadn’t put any food or oil down the sink. Her husband came the next day to try to fix it himself. He was unable to. Finally a plumber came and by Thursday the sink and dishwasher were able to be used. The plumber said it appeared to be old blockage. Having a kitchen sink that can’t be used for that many days and the smell of sitting water was frustrating. Fast forward to check out. The owner contacted my Mother asking where the TV remote was. We never had a remote. We had a fire stick and used our own remote. She didn’t believe that because the input was changed. We explained we used the buttons on the TV. She was also looking for screens for the windows. The guest room had a screen that was bent and kept falling out. After twice having to go downstairs and crawl in the property’s planter to retrieve it I put the screen by the washer. As far as the front window we never saw a screen on it. Again the owner didn’t believe us and wanted to know why we didn’t notify her of a missing screen. How can we notify you of something that is missing when we never knew it was there to begin with? Last but not least my Mother left two drawers of swimsuits and coverups in the master closet and asked if she could pay the owner to mail it to her. The owner says she didn’t find anything… I’ve rented many Vrbo’s and this is my first negative experience with an owner. The unit is in a great location and clean. The owner just always seemed bothered and annoyed by us. She even barked at the plumber for calling her before 3:00. It’s was 2:57 when he called.
