Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher & large fridge with freezer on top; Highchair. Top load washing machine. Undercover outdoor dining & seating on rear deck; Large television in undercover entertaining area; Hooded gas barbecue. Totem tennis; Cricket stumps. Secure yard with 6-foot fence; Lawned area at front & rear. Fish cleaning facilities.
