About the host
Your host
I grew up in Vancouver and moved later after I married to Ottawa and Kingston. I've been settled in the area now for almost 30 years. I have two grown kids that left and I love dogs. I sometimes I'll have a foster dog if you're coming to visit in addition to my own little fluff ball Oliver. Life is good on the lake! Every day it's like being on holiday! The place is situated in the middle of nowhere yet a short drive to a grocery store and everything else you might need. I live alone and love to host! I'm very interested in people and their lives and everybody's story. I work very hard over 7 years to build a beautiful scenic Resort like home. I love to show it off and open it up for others to enjoy! Join me for a drink from the patio!
Why they chose this property
Chaffey's locks is a beautiful little secret. It is nestled away just off of Highway 15. It is Well connected and not far from Ottawa Kingston, Montreal or Toronto. The views are insane, the fishing is excellent, and the quiet is nourishing. There's a special quality to the air when you get here that just makes you relax! It is a perfect space close enough to everything but removed from the crazy!Definitely
What makes this property unique
Definitely the Waterfront views. You can stand in the house anywhere and find a beautiful view to look at. The sunrises are exceptional.
