With a unique reverse floor plan, entering the home you will find an open family room area with a large Flatscreen TV, wet bar area and a sectional sleeper sofa and three of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed, ample closet space and deck access. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, it's own restroom and deck access. Just down the hall will be the third bedroom on the lower level offering two Twin over Full bunks, and ample closet space.
Mid level you will find the home's master suite. Offering a corner gas fireplace and a large Flatscreen TV, a King bed and a Full size futon. Step out onto the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee and the view. The master bath offers a large soaking jetted bathtub and large shower stall.
Head upstairs to entertain the group. The expansive vaulted pine ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows offer great views and allow for the natural light to brighten the space. The plush leather sofas are a great spot to enjoy your favorite movie on the very large Flatscreen TV or enjoy a cozy spot in front of the wood burning fireplace. Step out onto the upper deck and soak up the sun and fresh air.
The game room area features a vintage style arcade game, pool table, pub style seating and an expansive bar. The large open kitchen, with granite countertops, high end stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, side by side fridge/freezer combo and a standard coffee maker and Keurig are provided. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar and keep the cook company, or join in the fun, this kitchen offers ample counter space and a separate prep sink to simplify making a great meal.
Just to the left is the dining area, with seating for eight. Step out to the upper deck, just off the dining room and grill on the propane barbecue. The upstairs area, with its open concept floor plan, allows for the entire group to visit, entertain and enjoy eachothers company without anyone feeling left out!
Head out back to enjoy the great outdoors. This home sits on a large lot, backing to a forested area. There is a tree swing and plenty of space to explore.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
