Stunning Location! Gorgeous sunsets! Offering a private balcony with a hot tub and 180 degree ocean views, a patio with BBQ, this open-spaced house enjoys AC, gas fireplace, and large flat screen smart TV with cable in the seating area as well as the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and well stocked pantry. This unit is tucked away just steps from the water. We have crab traps and kayaks available for guest use. You are in your own private paradise in very close proximity to hiking, fishing, galloping goose, Sooke potholes, restaurants, the museum, golf and Seaparc recreation centre.
Note: In order to access Beach house you have to walk down a large-steep set of stairs, be mindful if you plan to bring a lot of luggage.

Seascape Beach house is centrally located, close to the beautiful Sooke potholes, Sooke museum, liquor store, town shopping centres, coffee shops many restaurants and breweries and local beaches and hiking trails. And just a short boat ride to our world class, fishing and halibut grounds!
What makes this property unique
Private oceanfront Hot tub, Large dock with 200ft boardwalk, ocean access, beach when tide is out a little, moorage, kayaks, and crab traps available all less than a km from Sooke town centre and 40 minutes from Victoria!
