Bayview Bliss is a fantastic family home with room for everyone! Perfect for larger families, or two families who want their own spaces, the house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms over two storeys and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
The home is pet-friendly for house-trained domestic pets with the back section fully fenced.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master has a queen bed, bedroom two is a sunny room with a king single bed and bedroom three has a set of bunks and a single bed. There is a good-sized bathroom with a separate toilet.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area is a bright open space while still feeling cosy. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to make your stay as easy as possible. The lounge has comfortable seating well placed to take in the view of the blue water of Mercury Bay and a cosy window seat next to the gas fireplace - a lovely spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean, take an afternoon nap in the sun or read your holiday book. A wrap-around, partly covered, verandah has plenty of space to relax on the loungers or have a meal. A BBQ is also conveniently located for use rain or shine.

There is also a bathroom with a large shower and in the lounge, you’ll find a large sofa and a smart TV. Perfect for chilling out. External doors open to a small patio area that would be a great spot for your morning coffee.

Plenty of parking is available using the grass areas, in front of the garage or along the left side of the driveway (leaving space on the right for access to the rear property.)
A short 350m walk to Brophy’s beach, a quick drive over the hill to the surf of Simpson’s beach, or a 40 min stroll along the flat path following the beach (or a short drive) to town, this is a real home away from home.

Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut, or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage. There are plenty of options. There is plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and kids' playground, and of course, there is the Mercury Bay Museum. For adults, a trip to the Lost Springs Thermal Spa and Hot Pools is a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surroundings. If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing & take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop close to Cathedral Cove within the Marine Reserve, watch the fish, go for a snorkel, or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you could take a drive out to Hahei. From here you can take the 40-minute walk to world-renowned Cathedral Cove, or you can head to the beach where there is a water taxi that can take you. Hot Water Beach is not to be missed. At low tide dig a hole and you will have your own hot pool! Spades can be hired from the local store.
