This beachside home boasts 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in a queen in the master bedroom (with ensuite), bedroom 2 with 2 singles, bedroom 3 with a king single & trundle, bedroom 4 with a king single & trundle.There is a Media Room is just off the lounge room so there are no arguments over what to watch with 2 x LCD TVs. Other features of this property include a big in-ground pool, good sized backyard and outside entertaining area, BBQ and all the modern facilities such as air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.

'Hideaway' is in a very central location: a 1.3 km walk or drive to the patrolled Kings Beach (3 mins by car), 2 km to Dicky Beach, and 700m to Moffat or Shelly Beach (not patrolled beaches, but an excellent location for wandering around the rocks or walking along the lovely 'shelly' beach; and you may well spot a turtle in this area too!). Moffat Beach is very popular with the surfers and for families alike where the tidal Two-way Lake empties out into the ocean - a beautiful and unique spot for a multitude of water-sports or simply relaxing by the water.

Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $195 p.w. (price includes 2 single trundle beds), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
