Seastream Haven is a contemporary retreat nestled in a quiet pocket of Dunsborough just a five-minute drive from town. It offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience with National Parks and the beach just a short walk away. A large timber deck stretches adjacent to the gorgeous bush reserve, providing a seamless connection to nature and the ultimate space for outdoor relaxation.
Inside, the open-plan living area is bright and stylish, with a cosy lounge, Smart TV, and a spacious dining area that connects effortlessly to the fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances and a generous island bench. A second lounge room provides a cosy retreat for movie nights or a quiet place to unwind.
Step outside and immerse yourself in nature. Fire up the BBQ and gather around the alfresco dining table, or sink into the outdoor lounge with a glass of local wine. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, or indulge in a relaxing soak in the outdoor bath. The fully enclosed garden offers privacy and a safe space for children to play, making it an ideal retreat for families.
The primary bedroom is a luxurious escape with a king bed, air-conditioning, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a second king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk room. A second contemporary bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
A full laundry with a washing machine and dryer and secure parking add extra convenience during your stay.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
