HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. The beaches are open and fully accessible! Until further notice, there is no longer any ground floor amenities. That includes pool, shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open soon.. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence. Welcome to our home away from home! Located on the 5th floor, this complex has an elevator for easy access. Our condo includes everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Relax in the bright and coastal Livingroom with comfortable seating and large TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoy your meals at the dining area with seating for 4 and additional seating at the island. The spacious bedroom has 2 queen beds and TV and the bathroom has a combo shower/tub.
Enjoy the unobstructed Intercoastal view across Gulf Blvd. to watch boats of all sizes cruising by while drinking your morning coffee on your large open balcony. Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Head out to the heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Nice charcoal grill area to cook up your catch of the day. Private boat dock available for your use.
