IMPORTANT
•Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Your canine family member is welcome upon prior request and approval – conditions apply
• The pool can be heated between the months of September – April for an additional prepaid $100 per day. This fee is waived for stays of 5+ days. Please advise upon booking if required. Please note, the pool does not have a shallow end and therefore may not be suitable for small children.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay.
