Enter house into living space with couch (Queen Sofa Bed), wall mounted Smart Tv and wood fire burner.
Indoor Dining seats 6 guests.
Kitchen has benchtop with 2 stools, all modern appliances including microwave and Breville Nespresso (Pods) with frother.
These 3 areas are all covered by large split system air conditioning and heating.
Kitchen opens to side deck with outdoor table + chairs and Weber.
There is a Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer.
Separate Toilet.
Family Bathroom with Shower and Toilet.
