Séjour magnifique
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cette maison ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur et beaucoup de sympathie, ce qui immédiatement donné le ton pour notre séjour. La situation de la maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle, idéale pour se ressourcer tout en étant proche des point d'intérêt. La décoration est raffinée, de bon goût, et tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir des prestations de grande qualité. La maison est lumineuse, avec un jardin parfaitement entretenu, offrant un cadre apaisant et agréable pour se détendre. Mention spéciale pour la conciergerie, d'un professionnalisme remarquable, toujours réactive et disponible. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans la moindre hésitation !

Maison sombre - rénovation low cost
Dès votre arrivée, vous pressentez que le conciergerie sera envahissant et la suite de séjour le confirme. La maison est dans St Martin a l'intérieur des remparts. Les voisins sont malheureusement assez proches et le jardin est bruyant. À l'intérieur, la rénovation est low cost, principalement destinée à faire illusion sur les photos pour la mise en location de bien. L'équipement de la maison est vieux (canapé inconfortable, électroménager ancien, vaisselle économique dépareillée, casseroles à bout de souffle) et les pièces de vie souffrent d'un manque de luminosité lié à la taille des fenêtres et à l'étroitesse de la rue. La maison a un problème manifeste d'humidité, comme en témoigne l'odeur de renfermé qui règne dans le salon et à imprégné les tissus d'ameublement de sorte qu'elle revient systématiquement à peine les fenêtres fermées. Les salles de bain et sanitaires sont également assez bas de gamme, à l'exception d'une qui a dû être refaite plus récemment. Si l'état des lieux d'entrée est rapide, il est conseillé de prévoir la matinée et de vous vous armer de patience pour l'état des lieux de sortie. En synthèse la location n'est pas chère et vous comprenez pourquoi.

A beautiful home in a fantastic location
We have holidayed in St Martin de Re on many occasions and without doubt this is the best house that we have stayed in. It felt like home for our one weeks stay and we were very sad to leave. The house was immaculate and was extremely well equipped. Communication with Marion was first class and Marina the local host was wonderful! I really have nothing negative to say - as a family of 6 we had the best time in a great house in a fantastic location.

A wonderful home from home
From the moment we arrived we were so impressed with this property, from the space and layout, to the style and quality of furnishings and so many thoughtful touches. Marion had thought of everything we might need and enjoy during our stay! We received a warm welcome and access to support and guidance should we need it, and had a wonderful week here. We would recommend it to anyone.

Magnifique séjour dans cette très belle maison
Excellentes vacances en famille dans cette maison rénovée et décorée avec soins et goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie excellente, la maison est bien équipée. Le jardin n’est pas très grand mais très agréable, fleuri, avec une grande table et parasol pour prendre les repas en extérieur. La situation est idéale ; La rue dans laquelle est située la maison est ravissante, fleurie, et permet d’accéder en moins de 10 minutes à pieds au très joli et vivant port de Saint Martin. Parkings payants à proximité. Accueil très sympathique avec de nombreuses explications pour agrémenter le séjour et disponibilité de l’hôte pour répondre à nos questions. A noter un supplément pour le linge de maison qui est précisé dans l’annonce. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison!

Superbe maison au coeur de St Martin
Séjour très agréable dans cette maison a l esprit famille, aux prestations très haut de gamme . Nous avons été séduits par le confort des chambres et des salles bains , le grand salon et le jardin au cœur de Saint Martin. Merci pour les attentions et l accueil tres sympa … nous reviendrons

A delightful and comfortable spacious house near St Martin centre
A lovely house, very well-equipped and comfortable, in a central location, handy for the port. The sheltered garden is a sun trap, accessed from the very spacious living room, downstairs bedroom, and dining room. Beautiful furnishings throughout, super comfortable beds and top quality linen; with modern bathrooms for all four double bedrooms. Wifi and even a printer in the office which was useful for printing travel documents. Located on a quiet street, 10 mins walk from harbour. Our stay was enhanced by a very friendly responsive owner and delightful local manager - both of whom couldn't have been more helpful in making our stay truly wonderful. Only downside is the parking, which is reasonably close, but is an additional separate cost.
