The house is located near the Brardes and Prises beaches as well as the cycle paths.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room and lounge open to the garden, the covered patio and the pool.
The house has a large covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain and high heat.
The landscaped garden extends over more than 1000m2, has a wooden terrace and garden furniture for 8 people.
Private parking for 1 vehicle is possible.
Additional free parking is available nearby.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
