This spacious, comfortable home offers a welcoming, no-frills design for families or small groups. Located just a short stroll from the beach, nearby shops and restaurants, it's perfectly positioned for exploring the local area.

Inside, the home features a bright living space with comfortable seating, a large TV, air conditioning, and a wood-burning fireplace for cosy movie nights. The adjacent seven-seater dining and kitchen area is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a Nespresso machine, for preparing and enjoying meals together.

The property is in good location, close to one of the fine beaches in Melbourne. The condition of the property was generally good overall, except that the shower room needs a shelf. The garage door needs a remote control to make it easier to access. Also needs information for access to wifi. Otherwise, everything is in great condition.
