Steps to the LaFitte Greenway!

North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

This beautiful construction in Mid-City is the perfect spot for your stay in New Orleans! With all the amenities you could ask for, you can enjoy a stress-free visit to New Orleans.

Enjoy the breeze with a cup of coffee as you people watch bikers, dog walkers, or the occasional Second Line stroll down the Greenway.

Enter into a modern open Kitchen & Living Room with clean lines & contemporary decor. There’s room for everyone to get comfy on the couch, chairs, or dining table to watch a movie on the large Smart TV. or play a board game.

Past the living room you’ll find the 2 Private Bedrooms decorated with their own style. Each room has with an extremely comfy queen bed, plenty of pillows, and a walk-in closet to hang up your coats or hide away your luggage. At night, cozy up in bed and watch your favorite show or movie with the accompanying Smart TV in every bedroom. There’s a shared Bathroom for the 2 bedrooms with a nice tub to relax in. Forgot your shampoo or conditioner? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Past the kitchen, you’ll find the in-unit laundry tucked in the corner. You can confidently pack less knowing that these full-sized, high-efficiency Washer and Dryer units will have your whole group’s clothing clean in no time. We’ll provide a packet of laundry detergent to get you started.

We are about a 7 minute drive to the French Quarter and Downtown! Alternatively, the Lafitte Greenway (a bike path to the French Quarter!) is right across the street with bike rentals on the way there!

Parking:
Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed; please ensure adherence to city and state laws when utilizing street parking.
Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.
