Lounge with views of the water has Couches, Smart Tv and Split System with air conditioning and heating.

Dining Table seats up to 8 guests.

Kitchen has gas oven/cooktop, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee plunger. note - no dishwasher

Laundry with washing machine, extra storage and separate toilet.

Rear of House has undercover area with outdoor dining and Bbq.

Fire Pit and chairs located at rear.

Off street parking for 4 + cars. Use front parking or rear of house. Side gate at end of driveway can be locked from back yard for security.

Pet friendly on application - must receive owners permission - rear of house is securely fenced.
