The Pink Cottage - a private haven at beautiful Waihi Beach
A private self contained cottage within 5 mins walk from the village shops and about 8 mins walk to the wonderful expanses of Waihi Beach. This property has a high-end fit out and with a mix of antiques, vintage and modern furniture and artwork. There is a well-equipped cook's kitchen and an abundant herb garden. Multiple seating areas both inside and out give you lots of dining and relaxing options. There is a large level gravel parking area alongside the cottage which is suitable for motorhome, caravan or boat (electric hook up available at extra charge - please select parking payment supplement). This is an ideal property for a relaxing seaside break for 1 or 2 adults. Waihi Beach village offers an array of independent shops, good markets, cafes and restaurants. As well as 10kms of pristine beach to enjoy, there are excellent local hikes and bike rides and excellent fishing both on and off shore.

Why they chose this property
Waihi Beach is a vibrant community and the beach is wonderful. It is convenient to Tauranga, Hamilton, Auckland and the Coromandel Peninsula.
What makes this property unique
I purchased this property in 2013 when it was a shed, and converted it into the Pink Cottage. My decorating style is 'English Country' and I created this spacious one bedroom cottage as a haven.
