Why they chose this property

This is, without a doubt, one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The location of the apartment is prime because even though you are next to the best restaurants, cocktail bars, and coffee shops in Montreal... the condo is located in a quiet residential street. Only 5 min away from central metro station Lionel Grouxl and grocery shops, pharmacies and the iconic Atwater Market. You will be extremely happy here, I guarantee.
