Awesome home!

We loved our Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. We loved watching football outside. Pickle ball court was a hit with our grandkids. Fire pit was fun too. All around perfect!

Incredible getaway

Our crew LOVED our stay at this lakeside house. From the pickleball court, to the perfect yard for games, to the beautiful basement for grilling and watching football, this house was exactly what we needed and the owners were as kind as you’d like. We’ll definitely be rebooking for next year!

Our family had the greatest experience at this lake house. Missy was always in quick contact if needed for anything. Seamless entry and exit. They have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. 10/10 recommend!

Best lake weekend!

We took two families to this Lake Hartwell and had the best time! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was really convenient to the marina, and the pickleball court provided hours of fun! Can't wait to go back!

Fall Break 2023

Very short trip for my daughter's birthday, fall break and base for going to the UGA-Kentucky game (about an hour drive to Athens). Beautiful home and exactly as described in the listing. Will definitely stay here again when we can spend more time at the house and enjoy the lake.

Labor Day at the Lake

We had an incredible weekend at this lake house! The amenities were great, paddle boards, 2 docks, fire pit, and a newly finished pickle ball court! We rented a boat for 48 hours from Hartwell Marina, less than 15 mins away. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the lake. The house is also stunning and we had fun grilling with the garage doors open so everyone could be together and watching the football game.

Fun weekend with friends

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home with another family. In all, we fit 4 adults and 7kids very comfortably. The location of the home was perfect for renting a boat and tubing! We also had a chance to walk and explore the area- it was scenic and absolutely stunning. We plan to return!

Great family home for different ages!

We vacationed with our adult children and 2 young grandchildren. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was so well equipped, I took too much. Although we loved hanging out in the water and on the dock, we especially enjoyed the paddle boards. It was unfortunate timing there was some construction noise early our first morning, but once we got to the lake, we didn't hear a thing and it was only the first morning. At night, we could put the children to bed and the adults could play cards in the basement and watch the soccer games without bothering the kids. This is a beautiful property!

SOOO CHARMING!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lakehouse!! The decorating and furnishings were modern and beautiful - created a very inviting and peaceful vibe. Everything was thought through and had a nice quality level. The layout of the home was very accommodating for our family needs, including several grandchildren. And we all loved the breathtaking setting on the lake. It was so enjoyable to relax on the porch, as well as play in the water with the kayaks and paddleboards. Missy was amazing in her positive and supportive help with our pre-arriving questions. We would 100% love to stay there again when we head to Georgia!!

Family friendly fun

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it there. The layout of the home is perfect for a larger group with children. The boat dock and separate swim platform make it nice to relax by the water as well. I definitely would pick this property again!

Fabulous Vacation

Wonderful setting and accommodations for large family gathering/vacation. The house is so efficiently laid out that each person had their own private space and the living space and deck were an awesome place for everyone to gather during the day! Perfect Lake Getaway

This property was top notch. We loved everything about the house, The gameroom/basement was perfect for kids and the late night crowd playing games n having a ball! The kayaks and stand up paddle boards were a huge hit too! Highly recommend this place!

Great house

We loved it so much we came back for a 2nd visit. Clean, welcoming home that is comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy. Plenty of room for everyone. Missy is very welcoming and accommodating.

Perfect family vacation

We do a yearly summer lake trip, and this was our first to Lake Hartwell. We could not have picked a better location both for the house and spot on the lake. The house was exactly as described, with so much room and everything you might need (including parking). It was spotless, and just what we were looking for with grandparents, parents and teens and plenty of room to hang out. Great tables for game nights too! The flat walk to the water was perfect for the grandparents and carrying kayaks and paddle boards. The cove was lovely for swimming and convenient to Marinas and the open parts of the lake. Would definitely come back!

There's something about the water that makes family times extra fun and momentous. Our family has grown up on or around lakes and we hope our grandchildren will do the same at our lake house. We are empty nesters who love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

You'll fall in love with our newly renovated house the minute you drive up and see the incredible water views. The open, expansive floor plan allows for views of the lake from almost every room. Two main floor King Master Bedrooms (one with ensuite walk-in shower) as well as a twin bedroom and large central bathroom with laundry accommodate an entire family on the main floor. Located just off the open loft sitting area, the private loft King Master Bedroom with large shower/bath, double vanities and walk-in closet offers a quiet respite from the rest of the family. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and open to the living area. Perhaps the greatest feature of our home is the terrace level which opens to the outdoor kitchen/grilling area. Full view garage doors open to bring the outdoors inside.
