The Space:
This 4-bedroom split-level holiday home in Buderim is nestled in a leafy setting, backing onto the tranquil Buderim rainforest. The property features a beautiful pool area with sun lounges and outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the serene surroundings. The home is pet-friendly; however, please note that only the outdoor patio area is fenced. Inside, the home exudes charm with its warm wooden floors and a calming atmosphere, inviting you to unwind in style. Every window frames the outlook of the lush trees, seamlessly blending the beauty of nature with the comfort of modern living.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The generous master bedroom includes a queen bed and stunning rainforest views through its windows, along with a small private balcony. It includes a walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
The master ensuite is complete with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom Two:
This charming bedroom is located upstairs and is complete with a queen bed, an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathroom Two:
This modern bathroom features a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom Three:
The final bedroom upstairs is complete with a queen bed, an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe, desk and ceiling fan.

Downstairs:
Bedroom Four/Living Room 2:
The versatile downstairs bedroom doubles as a cosy living space, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a smart TV (apps only), ceiling fan and ample wardrobe storage.

The open-plan living area offers a cosy space with a comfortable chaise sofa, a built-in window seat, a smart TV, and an AC unit, seamlessly connected to the dining table that seats six. Adjacent is a separate room ideal for studying or working, featuring a desk and a single pull-out sofa, perfect for reading or relaxing.

Bathroom 3/Laundry:
The combination bathroom / laundry is compact and equipped with a toilet, shower, front loader washing machine, dryer, sink and an outdoor washing line.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, toasted sandwich machine, plus breakfast bar seating and plenty of cooking utensils, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience during your holiday.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and double carport. There is space to park 1-2 cars in the driveway, plus free on-street parking.

Located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Buderim offers an ideal central location for exploring both the coastal areas and hinterland. With close proximity to the enchanting Buderim rainforest walk (3-min drive), complete with a picturesque waterfall, visitors can immerse themselves in nature's tranquillity. Buderim's charming main street has a delightful array of excellent shops, restaurants and cafes, with a small-town atmosphere that adds to the area's allure. Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Lindsay Road where bus services are available and operate to Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Sippy Downs.

Other Things to Note:
*Please note due to the beautiful rainforest surroundings, you will experience leaves in and around the pool and outdoor area.

*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. It is important to note that this property is not fully-fenced, so it will be up to you to keep an eye on your beautiful pets.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
