The Cardrona Valley is an exceptional location for your next family holiday, with Cardrona Ski Resort and Village right on your doorstep. A short drive to the Cardrona Distillery, 15 minute walk to popular Cardona Hotel, and ultimate starting point for hikes / cycling / ski adventures in the valley. A private, peaceful, sunny location in a beautiful alpine setting. Conveniently located mid-way between the South Island's top resort towns, Queenstown and Wanaka, (25 minutes drive each way).
Nestled on a hill above Cardrona Village, the property has views down the valley and up to Snow Farm and Mount Pisa. Unobstructed views of Mount Cardrona ski-field from living, kitchen and dining areas, and large outdoor terrace.
Set on half a hectare of landscaped grounds, featuring local granite, tussock and a freshwater stream (with the occasional trout to be seen!). Lovely spots can be found to sit and enjoy the fresh mountain water Pringles Creek, which runs along the perimeter of the property. The majority of the property is landscaped tussock grasses, with walking paths. This is a completely private location, yet within walking distance to Cardrona Village.

The bedding configuration is flexible - Bedroom 2 can be configured as two king singles, or beds zipped together to create a superking. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have private ensuites.
Outdoor entertaining is a breeze, with two private outdoor areas - a large terrace with sectional lounge (seats 4-5 comfortably), plus four beanbags, and smaller terrace suitable for pulling out beanbags.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh herbs and vegetables from the onsite Greenhouse. Plenty of space to explore and unwind, in this peaceful rural location!
