1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed | Both bedrooms feature plush beds made with fresh, professionally laundered linens. Generous wardrobe space is available to keep your belongings organised.

BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN
Cook your favourite meals in our fully equipped kitchen! You’ll have access to essentials like a fridge/freezer (with ice and water dispenser), stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. Complimentary milk, tea and coffee is available to help you start off your stay.

LIVING ROOM
Kick back and relax in the living room with a TV and soundbar. Stream your favorite shows and music by logging into your own apps.

EUROPEAN LAUNDRY

KEY COLLECTION
You can collect the apartment keys from the KeyNest, located in the convenience store in the front of the building (All in One Super Mart Phillip). The KeyNest Collection Code will be sent to you prior to check in. Only 1 guest key set is provided.

BUILDING WORKS
Please note there is currently construction in the building across from us (Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 11am).

CHILDREN
The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

GUEST AGREEMENT
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, a simple guest agreement to be signed before check-in. This agreement outlines key house rules, liability terms, and property policies. A copy will be provided upon booking, and signing is required to confirm your reservation.

It was super clean! Everything we needed was in there. The kids were super excited with their own room and that gorgeous pool. But above all, Mitch was a great host. Anything we needed from checking in on us to being so patient and answering all my questions. He made it so easy. This is definitely the place to stay in Canberra.
