Enjoyed the huge TV in the living room and outdoor space at night. Host was responsive to messages and helpful with our stay.

Extended stay
Although my trip was for trying times we enjoyed the property. The dogs loved the outdoors. The adults loved the tv in each room. Chris was very responsive to questions
Cozy little house in a great location. The Smart Home stuff was cool, though the house would have been fine without it. My only complaint is the size of the fridge - if you're only staying there for a little while, or aren't someone who cooks at home a lot, I'm sure it's fine, but the smaller fridge was frustrating for us staying there over a month. Communication was great, and Chris was very accommodating.
Check in was easy but the house is in the middle of the ghetto & we did not feel safe. The backyard was completely unusable and the patio furniture not cleaned at all. The reason pictures of the out offers are at night is because it does not look that nice during the day.
The gas got shut off due to failure of payment the first day we were there and the owner still hasn’t responded.
Arrived late on a Sunday night? First impression the trash cans out side the house was overflowing, the neighborhood was not great.
Giving it the benefit of the doubts me and my Daughter went inside, BIG stains on the carpet in living room, stains on pillows and comforters, not vaccines for a long time. Pots and pants not clean, food in the refrigerator. Looked like someone just left/lived there full time.
We took a lot of pictures and left. I’m still waiting on VRBO for a refund. Went and rented a hotel for 4 nights instead, out over $800.00 and sent several messages to the host on where to send him the pictures I took with no response, can not attach on the VRBO site so I was asking for an email.
DO NOT RENT , I have perfect feedback from many VRBO rentals as we travel a lot and have never seen anything even close to this bad or dirty ever.
The shining star here is the backyard, even though it’s littered with garbage, like a broken TV and cardboard , so at first we overlooked the filthy livingroom carpet, broken/cracked front window, beds had only fitted sheets, no top sheets, there’s lots of the homeowners personal stuff sitting around too. But the topper was night 2 of our 2 night stay, at 2:30 AM we were awakened by a strange man entering the house and demanding to know who we were and what we were doing there!! He stood over my friend as she slept, she woke and screamed and ran to get me as I had arranged our stay. I came out to figure out what was happening and the guy was like, oh sorry, im a day early! The owner had given him the same door access code as he gave us!! Major Safety issue!! I recommend finding another place!! Any amenities he claims are not worth it! And throughout all of this the owner seems to care very little or to seethe seriousness of this safety issue!! “ i said i was sorry” was pretty much all we got and he puts the blame on the next guest, he takes NO responsibility for anything! Absolutely ridiculous. Its a Hotel for me next trip!!
