Not available till sept 1 2021!!!!!Cute 2bdrm 1 bth cottage on lake nokomis. Dock for your boat, have fun with your kayak, fire pit, fishing, many businesses for eating and drinking. Full kitchen with all amenities. No pets. Sleeps 4 . Minimum occupancy 3.. walking trails outdoor. Biking , five minutes from grocery. Full linen. Very clean. Dish network , WiFi . This cottage is ideally located Between many towns that have many things to do like zip lining,mini golf.

Northwoods Review
The location was very close to my daughter and son in laws land who I was up to visit. I did not receive any check in or check out instructions. Didn't know where to find the key. It concerned me when I got to the property the door was open and the key was on the counter. I was staying their alone so that was a little concerning. The property was clean. The bed very comfortable. The furnishings were up north cottage. The toilet seat was broken and the pedestal sink in the bathroom wasn't secured to the floor. That took me by suprise. I noticed some bugs inside the property. The lake was pretty. The view could be better by moving the large air conditioner from the patio door. I didn't use the patio door to the deck because of the large air conditioner and the piece of wood which was the way the door was secure as the door could not fully close or be locked. It got hot in the bedroom with the door shut. Only a fan in the bedroom, no air conditioning. I think with a few repairs, upgrades and better communication from the property manager this could be a really nice property to stay at. The property was clean, the lake view and location are great!

Not what was promised… don’t do it! Property owners are mere feet away No fire pit as stated Cannot open patio door Stated we could rent boat- did not work, after we filled hand held tank, boat rental was the reason we chose his place. No to no communication, very unfriendly Did not stay, contacted VRBO, waiting on refund status Wrecked our short vacation completely, packed up after 18 hours, had to stay the evening as nowhere else to go on short notice and already unpacked our things; after18 long hours we headed bk to Michigan This man outright lies; told us to use the boat as we didn’t need the reverse, pushed us out off dock and forward didn’t work either. Will laugh about this eventually; maybe when our refund comes through. Right now we are still upset.

Great Location!
It's summer, so we didn't care what we stayed in, basically needed a place to sleep. This location was excellent. Within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. On the water with a dock. Nice neighbors - good thing, since they are very close. The cabin isn't anything fancy, but we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay. It's a cute property and owners are right there and quite helpful. I would say that given it's a "new" VRBO and there are other cabins (all privately owned) - in very close proximity - that if you have very young children, or are naturally a louder group - it might not be appreciated by other owners. Not a beach for little ones. Great fishing spot and place to relax - however!

Great Spot for quick getaway
Property was in a great location. Andre the manager lives right next store and is great at communication. It was clean, and perfect for a quick getaway. If you are looking for luxury this isn't your spot, but if what you want is location, access to lakes, and a decent place to crash at a good price check it out.

Peaceful get away
Very quiet, peaceful get away. Enjoyed our stay! There are other rentals on the property as the pictures don't reflect that. We did have a great time there keeping it simple with being on the lake, golfing nearby and a bike trail steps from your door. Place is a bit run down but area is beautiful.
