Summary:
You'll have a great time at our comfortable apartment in a beautiful complex that enjoys landscaped gardens, a tranquil communal BBQ and sitting area as well as a swimming pool.
With a short cut path down the side of the apartment building to access Dandenong Road transport or a 1km walk to Armadale Rail Station, our apartment is perfectly and conveniently located with easy access to the city!
Just a short drive to High Street Armadale for a touch of wining and dining or shopping!
The Space:
Apartment features open plan lounge room, split system (heating & cooling), open plan kitchen with stone bench tops, a "moveable" stone island bench, SMEG gas cooktop, SMEG electric oven, dishwasher and a spacious butlers pantry with lots of storage.
A good sized carpeted bedroom with large double built in robes and queen bed captures the abundant light with a separate study with dedicated workspace.
Bathroom offers an oversized shower, ample storage and toilet while the European laundry is tucked away separately.
Extensive views from the balcony with double sliding doors that blends inside and outside living.
Our apartment also comes with a reserved parking space in the apartment car park which is so hard to find!
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
