Why they chose this property
A very quite neighborhood at the border of Newmarket and East Gwillimbury towns which brings you good things from both heavens! We have a lot of nature protected areas, including 99 steps at Thornton Bales Conservation Area, Peggy's Wood Park and Rogers Reservoir Conservation Area. Mighty Lake Simcoe is at 20 minutes drive distance and Toronto downtown is just 35 min away! Also a lot of shops, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, including the great Upper Canada Mall within 5 min driving distance!

Up class designer finish, a ton of natural light, generously sized rooms, super quite neighborhood, and last but not least, Alex the super host! :)
