My studio is ALWAYS a smoke-free unit—-PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU SMOKE! Smoking outside is not an acceptable compromise--clothing and other belongings still leave the unit smelling of cigarette smoke.

Just 30-45 minutes is spent cleaning the average hotel room. I ALWAYS personally clean all my units and spend 3-4 hours minimum EVERY TIME cleaning and preparing each studio for my guests.

I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized.
While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate."

About an hour s drive to Gulf Shores, this studio packs a lot of amenities into a small space. Perfect alternative to cookie-cutter hotel rooms, I have hosted many happy vacationers, professionals and workers on temporary assignments, students and new residents on house-hunting expeditions. I also love to host snow-birds escaping long winters up north.
