The cottage offers four comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests. On the first floor, you’ll find Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, as well as Bedrooms 2 and 3, each furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom, located on this floor, includes a shower, separate toilet, and vanity. On the ground floor, Bedroom 4 features a queen-sized bed, with a separate bathroom located nearby, which has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The cottage's entrance is at the rear, where external stairs lead up to a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. This floor also features the main bathroom, which includes a shower and a separate toilet. The living area opens out to a front balcony, providing a refreshing sea breeze, while the rear deck is ideal for entertaining, offering views of the large, fully fenced yard.

On the ground floor, a covered patio area with a gas BBQ is perfect for hosting family gatherings or enjoying a meal outdoors. The yard provides plenty of space for kids to run around while you relax on the balcony. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles, with extra space for parking your boat. The property is pet-friendly, and for your convenience, linen is provided with beds made upon arrival. A garage is also available for your use during your stay.
