Peaceful Pauanui Escape is a quiet haven - the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The garden courtyard is a great place to find peace and quiet with a book under the shade, or sit on the front deck and watch the world go by.

For more fun for everyone, there's table tennis, darts or petanque. The beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk from your doorstep. There are lots of walkways for safe walking, scooting or skating as well as plenty of walking tracks to get back to nature.

Café’s, restaurants, shops, supermarket, parks and the Lakes Golf Course are all within 3 minutes drive. The Pleasant Point Boat ramp is just 5 minutes. For safe swimming there is the surf club which has flags out in the summer.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has space to accommodate up to 9 guests. Parties/events and loud groups are strictly not allowed and will not be tolerated - we have a quiet neighborhood with permanent residents.

Please note, the fourth (small) bedroom, with 1x Single bed and 1x Rollaway bed, is directly off the master bedroom and therefore is the perfect place for 1 or 2 small children to be near to parents in the master.

You will be comfortable all year round thanks to the air-conditioning unit, heat-pump, and wood-fire.

This beach house is clean and comfy with a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ, board games, dishwasher and coffee machine, WiFi (fibre) to make your holiday all the more enjoyable.

Bedroom 3: 1 x Set of Single Bunks + 1x Single Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 x Single Bed +1x Single Rollaway Bed (This small room is directly off the master bedroom)

House Rules and Information

Parking: There is parking in the driveway, and under the carport. The garage cannot be used for parking as it has been converted into a table-tennis room.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
