Nestled on the edge of Richmond's vibrant sporting hub and just moments from the serene Yarra River, this cosy apartment provides the perfect base to explore Melbourne's trendy suburbs of Richmond, Hawthorn, and Toorak. With the city only a few train stops away, you’ll have the best of both worlds — city convenience and suburban charm.

This apartment is absolutely ideal if you're going to an AFL, NRL or A League game within the sporting precinct. Burnley station is about a 2 minute walk and the MCG, AAMI stadium, Rod Laver are all a very short train ride away. You could easily even walk there in about 15 minutes!

Burnley is found right on the fringe of Richmond and the Melbourne CBD. Parks, ovals and grassland actually comprise close to half of this small suburb. Tucked away and quiet, although very accessible with the Richmond train line and Monash freeway snaking through it. The suburb itself is considered part of the larger Richmond area. Nearby you’ll find yourself right at homeamongst street art, hidden bars, galleries and backstreet microbreweries. You might walk up to the MCGtocatch your team play (no parking hassles for you!) or wander over to the Corner Hotel for rooftop drinks before heading downstairs to see a live performance.
FROM THE AIRPORT: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station.
Then take the Glen Waverley train and get off at Burnley Station. The apartment is about 300 metres from Burnley Station.
Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days please bring your additional requirements.
Please note:
- The minimum age of guests is 25 and over unless dependents of the booking holder.
- No groups, visitors or parties.
- No pets
- Check in 3pm
- Check out 10am
*Due to tight cleaning schedules and house keeping requirements, we apologise, but we have no flexibility with check in and out times

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do.
- Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage. And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
