39 Ocean Breeze is a bright and open 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom dog-friendly Forest Beach villa located a block away from the Atlantic Ocean! Conveniently located in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, guests are just a short bike ride away from the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

The main level of this Hilton Head vacation villa features an open floor plan, wood floors and new furnishings. The kitchen is outfitted to prepare meals for your family. There are three barstools at the kitchen bar, and there is a breakfast table that seats four located just off the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a loveseat that's also a sleeper,, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private deck overlooking the lush greenery of Ocean Breeze.

Up the stairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

For comfortable and convenient Hilton Head vacation rentals in Forest Beach, look no further than the Ocean Breeze complex. Guests of the Ocean Breeze complex can enjoy free tennis access, as well as three community pools! 2 car passes allowed only.

Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
