Oversized Designer Warehouse in Surry Hills / City
This oversized urban pad, is idyllically located in a historic 1930's converted warehouse. Renovated by the world renowned designer Phillipe Starck in the trendy Sydney suburb that is Surry Hills.
This walk every where location is perfect for both business and leisure travellers alike and will provide the perfect base for your time in Sydney.
You will be minutes away from some of Sydney's best restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, so there are no excuses for having nothing to do!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Surry Hills is one of Sydney's great suburbs; here you are amongst many of the best cafes and bars that Sydney has to offer! take a trip to the cafe downstairs for a morning coffee, it will be a great way to start your day!
In the evening, try out The Wild Rover or Harpoon Harry's; you won't be disappointed. Chin Chin is also located near a short distance away.
If shopping is more your thing, take a short walk down to Oxford Street or Crown Street for the quirky boutique stores!
There is plenty to do and see here, and I guarantee you will not be bored!
Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment.
There are no common areas in the building.
This urban sanctuary is located on the first floor of a 17 foot high, large loft apartment. Cook up a storm in the kitchen or relax with a movie on the big screen in the living room.
This is one of the few apartments in this warehouse to have reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The bedroom and ensuite are located in the loft section of the apartment where you can get a close-up view of the beautiful exposed ceiling beams. There is also an additional bathroom with full laundry facilities on the bottom floor.
High speed internet access with speeds of up to 90Mbps is available throughout the apartment.
The bed will be made up with hotel quality linen and towels and the bathroom stocked with high quality toiletries.
Transport: The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 15-20min depending on traffic and costs approx $25AUD total. Alternatively you can take a train to Central Station ($17.50/person). Google maps has full transport route and time details for travel in Sydney.
Parking: Unfortunately the apartment does not come with a dedicated carspace however there free timed street parking you can use. This parking is unrestricted in the evening and morning.
Cooling/Heating: The apartment has air conditioning and heating throughout and is very well insulated.
The apartment is fully furnished however we do not provide certain baby essentials you may wish to be aware of. Those travelling with babies are recommended to bring their own change table, cot, and highchair if required as these are not amenities we provide.
This is an amazing location situated just a short walk from Museum and Central trains stations. Only 3 stops on the train from the airport, plus only a 10 minute walk to the Central Business District of Sydney.
There are also buses all around so you should have plenty of options getting to any location you desire! There is usually a bus to Bondi beach every few minutes during the day.

*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be signed upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. Should you have any day visitors, pleaase reach out to us for approval first.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. Undercover outdoor areas and parks are available near the building should you wish to smoke.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

*There is an elevator in the building, but there are still 2 steps outside and 11 steps inside to access the elevator.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
