Our beautifully decorated waterfront condo is located on the 3rd floor (top) and offers scenic canal views from your private balcony.
This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath, bayside condo offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 full bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with a queen sleep sofa bed, flat screen TV's with cable/Blu-ray player, central air, washer and dryer in the unit, and WiFi.
The space
3 Gulls & a Buoy is just a short walk to the beach, popular restaurants, bars, and Northside Park.
The condo is waterfront and sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. We offer scenic water views of the canal, sunsets, and even 4th of July fireworks!

We are a husband and wife with 4 children, 3 girls and one boy, hence the name "3 Gulls & a Buoy." We love to travel and Ocean City holds near and dear to our hearts. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property for it's location. We love that it is close to everything, but away from the crowds. One of our favorite things to do is walk the lit up wraparound dock at night. Also, we enjoy short walks to Northside Park for walks, bike rides, crabbing, fishing, and the large playground. We like the convivence of being able to grab a pizza on the way to the beach and the treat of a Dumser's ice cream cone on our way back.
