Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood. Friendly walkable neighborhood. Stroll to cafe's and breweries or hop on the seabus to explore downtown Vancouver. Hiking trails, local ski mountains. North Vancouver has so many things to offer
What makes this property unique
Very spacious (almost 1100 sq ft) 2 bedroom. Most other properties in the neighborhood may only have 1 bedroom and be half the space. Everything is brand new as of December 2024
