The space
Our home is well equipped with an open-plan air-conditioned living space for your comfort. You’ll enjoy quality furnishings, private bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and unlimited wifi.

Access:
Entry is via door code. The code for this will be sent to your prior to your visit.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests in your party. Kindly inform us of your preferences in advance. Beds will be prepared based on your party size. Only the confirmed number of booked guests are permitted for your stay.

Linen:
We supply all linen, sheets, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc. We do not supply beach towels, so please bring your own.

Consumables:
We endeavour to keep cleaning costs to a minimum, therefore we provide a "start up" pack of tea, coffee, toilet rolls, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, laundry and dishwashing liquid. You are required to provide your own after that.

Pet-friendly:
We welcome well-behaved dogs and as such 100% of our guests are responsible pet owners. Your furry friends can enjoy a large fully fenced yard, tiled open plan living areas, bowls for food and water, designated towels to wipe paws at the door, and an outdoor hose to wash your dog.

**PLEASE NOTE: PET RULES APPLY**
-Pets are not permitted on furniture, or on any carpeted areas in the home, this includes floor rugs/matts.
-Pets are not to be left inside the home unattended.
-You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
-You are responsible for supplying your own dog waste bags.
-All dog waste is to be cleaned up and secured in dog waste bags (ensure the bags are tied up so the contents are secure) then place into the external waste bin (red top) for collection.
-Ensure your pet is clean and dry (including paws) prior to allowing inside the property (please use designated pet towels provided. DO NOT use bathroom towels for cleaning your dog).
-Clean and remove any dog hair.
-You are responsible for your pet and ensuring the safety of your pet during your stay.
-Do not feed your pet inside, dog bowls are located outside for your convenience.
-You are responsible for bringing your own dog bed.

Our home is centrally located in a peaceful beachside suburb.

Only a 5 minute drive to Caloundra, Dicky or Moffat Beaches, where you can enjoy 5-star restaurants, cafes and shopping and more!

We are located just minutes from Currimundi Lake (Kathleen McArthur) conservation park – a popular 3.7klm circuit that takes in the shoreline of Currimundi Lake, the beach and ocean and coastal bushland. Do the loop-to-lake walk which runs along both sides of the lake. Swimming is popular in the lake’s end, where you can enjoy one of the coffee shops.

Enjoy a scenic walk or cycle to the beautiful Wurtulla beach where your pets can enjoy off-leash play from beach access 226-247. Enjoy km's of pristine beach that stretches from Moffat Beach to Point Cartwright.

Parking
The property has ample off-street parking for two vehicles, plus a designated and secure space for your boat/caravan.

Guest access;
Our guests have sole access to the house and private fenced yard.

Guest do not have access to the following locked areas of the home (cleaning and gardening supplies are stored):
-Linen cupboard located in the hall way of the home,
-Backyard tin sheds x 2

Other things to note
Please note:
Please ensure if the BBQ is used that it is left in a clean state. We supply BBQ wipes to make the job easier. There are a number of cactus plants and breakable items in the house so please make sure small children are supervised at all times.

Please remove all rubbish from inside house and place in the general and recycling bins located at the side of the house. The house should be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy state with all dishes washed and put away.

Our home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Therefore, we do not permit gatherings or parties, and we have a strict no noise after 10pm policy.
