Step into the heart of the CBD and experience urban living at its finest in this thoughtfully designed studio apartment. With a modern and stylish atmosphere, this secure building offers intercom access and a comfortable living area with excellent acoustic design.
Please note before booking: it is a studio apartment in a dual key apartment. Guests will have complete privacy within the studio however will be sharing the laundry with the 2 bedrooms apartment next door.
There is currently construction taking place on the block across the road from our apartment. While we are thrilled to offer our guests a prime location with good views, we want to ensure you are informed about the ongoing developments. We've taken measures like soundproofing to enhance your comfort. However you will still hear construction noise during working hours.
Please take this into consideration while make the booking. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

- Do you provide parking?
Onsite parking is NOT available. Guests are strongly recommended to organize parking first if you are travelling with a car. Parking in Melbourne CBD can be costly.
- What's the address of the apartment?
155 Franklin St, Melbourne. Level 6.
- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
-Is there cooling/heating?
Air-con is available in the studio which can be used for both heating/cooling by switching the mode.
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20. We offer complimentary late check-out until 11:30 am for our esteemed returning guests.
- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.
- What's the check-in method?
Self check-in using keysafe. The keysafe is located at a convenience store 150 meteres away (2 minutes walk). The convenience store opens 24 hours.
- is Netflix available?
Yes, but guest has to log in with their own Netflix account

The studio boasts a brand new queen size bed in the bedroom and a build-in wardrobe to accommodate all your belongings.
Netflix (access with guest's own account) plus unlimited NBN for all your browsing needs.
The kitchen is combined with the living room which is fully equipped with fridge, freezer and stove including toaster, kettle, etc.
We also provide:
-linens and towels
-oven
-dishwasher and washing machine
-iron and ironing board
-hair-dryer
-shampoo and shower gel
-tea and coffee
-cooking essentials
