Hard to believe. Close to the city. Bush setting listening to bird calls while enjoying a cool dip or laying back on the lounge watching a movie on the big screen with a coffee. Lush sheets and towels.

Unique ultra-modern home that sits in and reflects its environment, interacting with nature through its indoor / outdoor design. This house is full of light with extensive glazed surfaces, glass curtain walls and 13 opening skylights.

The home environment is controlled utilising louvre directed airflow combined with hydronic heating or cooling of the polished concrete floor throughout.

The kitchen is designed as a functional work space equipped with a full array of ovens and other appliances.

Entertainment features a 65" The Frame TV in the lounge space and a a home theatre in the main bedroom to enjoy from the King sized Sleeping Duck main bed or the mid-century lounge chairs.

A full array of Entertainment Apps are presented in each location allowing you to use your account with your selected service.

Music comes from ceiling mounted speakers in the lounge, dining and main bedroom ceiling. This can be accessed via Sonos and Heos from your Smart device.

Take a cool swim in Summer or a comfortable soak in Winter in the double infinity edge plunge pool, or commune more closely with nature in the 2 person stone outdoor bath.

The property is a haven for wildlife: 57 native bird species have been recorded at the property in a four week period. Huzzah sits in a wonderful mix of Cumberland Shale-Sandstone Ironbark Forest, Turpentine -Ironbark Forest and a mixture of other Riparian environments.

You are free to explore Eagle Creek which bounds the property but you should have a reasonable level of fitness and be familiar with walking bush creek environments, bring your binoculars!

Whilst staying at Huzzah take then opportunity to explore the Camden, The Wollondilly or The Southern Highlands.

Camden is the historic centre of colonial agriculture and offers local shopping for your general grocery or fine epicurean requirements.
