This charming 139-square-foot tiny home sits on a gently sloping hill, nestled among beautiful gum and wattle trees, just 47 minutes from Ballarat and 55 minutes from Melbourne.
Enjoy your private space with a fire pit and BBQ at the front of the tiny home. Easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that the land host's house is situated 50 meters from the tiny house, with ample trees in between to ensure your privacy. Please remember to notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival if you plan to bring your dogs to our property. An additional fee of A$33 applies.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and can explore the surrounding area. You can roam a large section of our property using the designated paths. There are marked walking paths for guests to enjoy; please stay on these trails to avoid trespassing on neighbouring properties.
- For firewood, we have plenty of kindling collected from the ground. Wood for burning will be available for purchase. Lighters or matches will be provided for an extra cost.
