The Space:
This beautifully styled and furnished courtyard home only steps away from Port Adelaide’s historic treasures offers direct access through the security garage or front gate. Walk in and you have a very welcoming open plan living, kitchen and dining space for six people with high ceilings and sliding doors that open up into an atrium style courtyard. The Master bedroom has its own private courtyard and has a king size bed with split system reverse cycle air-conditioning along with a walk-through robe into a private ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, also with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and another study desk. The third bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two singles prior to arrival along with a study desk and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Each bedroom has soft linen curtains and have been beautifully styled and decorated by the owner.
The Neighborhood:
Port Adelaide is a historic part of Adelaide much like that of Fremantle in Perth. Much of the architecture dates right back to early settlement in 1836 and there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants and bars. The area is also very close to Adelaide’s great beaches such as Semaphore, Tennyson, Grange and Henley Beach. The Port Adelaide Plaza with Coles and Aldi supermarkets are literally a 7 to 10 minute walk. West Lakes Westfield shopping centre is also about a 10 to 15 minute drive with easy access to Adelaide’s CBD and Adelaide Entertainment Centre
Getting Around:
The property has a designated car space if you have your own car, but there is plenty of options for public transport.

• Route: Port Adelaide Interchange to Adelaide CBD via Days Road and Torrens Road.
• Nearest stop: Zone A Port Dock Interchange, about a 10-minute walk from Cannon Street.
• Operates daily with regular service intervals.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
